Returns

Please contact us directly at info@tunnelvision.com regarding any issues or returns. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam and promotions folders.

Need to return an item? We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best customer service and support that we can offer. If a return is needed for any reason, you may return your order to Tunnel Vision Tees within 10 days of the item being marked as Delivered, subject to the Return Policy below:

 

Return Policy

  • Goods can be returned within 10 days of the item(s) Delivered date.
  • Tunnel Vision Tees will not accept returns of worn, printed, washed, destroyed, dirtied or decorated merchandise. It is your responsibility to inspect the garment(s) before initiating the return.
  • If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc) with an order please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your goods.

 

Return Process

  • Customer contacts us via email at info@tunnelvisiontees.com regarding the need and reasoning for a return.
  • Once we respond, we will initiate the return and provide a return label
  • The customer will inspect all garments before returning the item(s)
  • Once the return is in transit, we will track it until it’s returned to us
  • We will take 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to inspect the item.
  • If the item passes inspection and is approved, we will refund the customer to their original payment method.
  • A refund is only provided after the original item has been received and passed inspection.


Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

In most cases, the refund will process within 10 business days. Processing time can vary between banks. Please note, Refunds might appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment is removed from your customer's bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@tunnelvisiontees.com.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. However, if you have questions or issues with your order, please contact us at info@tunnelvisiontees.com

 

Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow once the order has been processed and shipped.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

As soon as your order is placed, we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once your order is submitted.

Please note that for the protection of our customers and cardholders, it is currently not possible to change your shipping address once an order is placed.
